Foreign Faculty Positions at IGSE

International Graduate School of English (IGSE), Seoul, is looking for  English-speaking teachers for September 2010.

 Position:  Full-time instructor

 Qualifications

① Preferred candidates are those who have master's degree or higher in the following area: TESOL or Applied Linguistics

② Korean nationals with native-like fluency in English, and have studied in English-speaking countries for more than
7 years are entitled to apply for the position

③ Must be qualified for E-2 visa status

* Unqualified applicants will not be considered.

④ Certificates of graduation and transcripts from undergraduate /graduate schools (Photocopies or scanned files.
Must present the originals upon request.)

 Working Conditions

    ① Teaching load: Minimum 12 hours per week

    ② Overtime pay: 35,000 won per hour

    ③ Salary will be commensurate with teaching experience and qualifications

    ④ Housing: Studio provided (or housing fee supported)

    ⑤ Regular participation in faculty meetings

    ⑥ Active collaboration with faculty for course & curriculum development

    ⑦ Student advising (advising stipend paid during term-times)
